With the beginning of the second season it was clear that STAR WARS the clone wars was not for children like many "critics" (those people who don't/can't do anything except try to look smart by putting up a fight with the greatest things) had complained when the animated movie came out. The animated movie (released - 2008 in cinemas across the globe) was the opening for the TV series which is now the greatest animated show ever.


For those of you STILL CONFUSED about WHEN this story takes place...
After Attack of the Clones and before Revenge of the Sith. All doubts cleared, so start watching from season 1 or you will be confused further more.

Now, back to talking about Season 2.
Senate sequences reflect ongoing problems of our reality. Many clone troopers losing their lives while some of the senators trying to prevent this from happening, others protest for protection. Brilliant Character Developments and mind boggling plots. Moments that will push you to the edge or out of the chair, jump, clap or laugh in excitement. Star Wars will always be a culture even for the future younglings to follow. Great work by the writers, directors, technical directors, animators and all the other artists and technicians and the actors. Master George Lucas must be thanked for making it possible as he is the godfather of this Star Wars the clone wars animated series as well.

It was shameful and biased at the "annie awards" this year as they didn't even nominate the greatest animated show on television at the moment.
Previously we had He-man TAS*, X-men TAS, G.I.Joe TAS, Batman TAS, Robocop TAS, Spiderman TAS, Superman TAS, Swat Kats TAS, Johnny Quest TAS, Samurai Jack TAS, The New Batman Adventures*, Batman Beyond TAS, Hulk TAS, F4 TAS, Justice League and Justice League Unlimited TAS (one of the highest rated television shows) X-men Evolution TAS, The Batman TAS, Legion of Superheroes TAS (etc etc etc) and now... it is STAR WARS THE CLONE WARS.

This was unexpected. The aim was to make something bigger than the Genndy Tartakovsky project a few years ago, STAR WARS CLONE WARS the micro series. Aired on cartoon network for 5 minutes every day on weekdays. Later released as Vol.1 and Vol.2 on DVD. This series was so good, it won Emmy Award(s). Master George Lucas was happy with the outcome of the Tartakovsky and gang's work on Star Wars. But as soon as that was over he (master Lucas) told us that he was planning on an animated series after Episode 6 (Revenge of the Sith). "Only this time it is going to be 3D" he mentioned. To be honest, this is the best ever 3D animated series. Mightier than Max Steel. Greater than even Starship Troopers animated series or Sitting Ducks (one of my all time favorites, highly recommended if you have missed out).We can only hope that Star Wars The Clone Wars would not end soon. If you still have not watched it, you better start now. Black crystal sabers, lovers from the past, epic battles and how the separatist got owned every time they tried to act smart... everything and all thing star wars is happening. Great addition to the Star Wars myth, this series has become.

Back again; this time with beer-body-stink and plastic-face-stink.


I was the Grim... Executioner ? Something I came up with. The scythe (usual accessory of the Grim Reaper was cool and all. But I liked my big axe better).
For the first time, I celebrated my favorite foreign tradition/festival like the way it should be. That's right, HALLOWEEN as you all know it. (Some of my friends would remember the parties, where they dressed up in t-shirts, shirts, pants, jeans, combed hair, some shirts tucked in and said, "WE ARE DRESSED AS YER FRIENDs" damn. Hahahahahah the good days, classic moments. I just love you all.)

Costumes, body decoration, face and body make up, more costumes, loud shrieks, camera flash, great music, more costumes, more students, more strangers (slightly irritating), more drinks, no food, no crisps, lots of dancing, invisible butt grabbers, invisible crotch grabbers, random dance partners, more great music, more dancing and dancing and dancing and dancing...



The Dj's were promising. No dance music mind you, it was an Inde night. Independent music at its best. Mix of rock and roll, alternative and some club. They played GHOSTBUSTERS dammit! And Jack White (awesomeness), killers, Oasis (amazing-ness), rage against the machine, kings of leon, etc etc.

We begin at 10pm at the good old Ele-house pub and move our way up to the Auditorium inside THE FORUM by 11pm. Squeeze into the dance floor, find a spot and HIT IT HARD... The Dance I mean. Making moves, shaking yo body and stuff. It was fun !

The reason the night was so enjoyable was because of the music, we couldn't thank the DJs enuff. Just when you get smart on the dance floor, some girl would pat yer butt. Just when you think that was COOL... you'll be surprised with a HARDER grip on yer butt and you think "what a strong woman, damn" and when you turn around you wont be surprised. It would be a guy... PHOOEY! Forgive 'em and continue dancing and drinking and dancing.

From Scooby doo to heath ledger as JOKER, ghouls to superheroes.
My favorites were: Banana man, CLASSIC STORM TROOPER WITH HIS HEAD LOOKING STRAIGHT, Green Arrow, Buzz Lightyear, Giant-robot-with-phone-keypads and my most fav all. ZOMBIE NURSE (I fell in love, i can say love at first sight without a doubt) I went to her and said (that's amazing, yer amazing, i mean amazing make up) and she, 'thank you'. A Zombie Nurse, with the most beautiful zombie make up. I guess this is what happens when you are a hardcore horror fan... but the make up... oh my goodness. Before I could find the damn cam, my zombie nurse went away... and i couldn't find my zombie nurse. But i'm here for a year... I'm gonna find my zombie nurse and ask her to heal me with her zombie powers ?

However, it was a great night out.
For those of you, you know who you are. Yer spirits were with me all night long, drinking and dancing with me. No, yer spirits did not get ass raped like the dude @ the forum when the last song for the night, the classic HEY JUDE was played. All the folks pulled me in, to form a big circle to sway our legs for HEY JUDE and screaming and dancing as we were and my friends joined in as well. So we were all united... suddenly, a guy was pushed right into the middle and he was in his shorts. Another guy pushed him down and without wasting a second, pulled his shorts off. The nude-dude was screaming more and just when his ass was about to be owned, he was helped back up and it took a while for him to find his underwear.

The End by 3 am sharp...

Before Elisha Cuthbert's appearance on Popular Mechanics for kids. Before Adam Sandler entered Saturday Night Live. Before The Beverly Hills Cop. Before my parents knew everything about ABE LINCOLN. Before the COPS show was first broadcasted. Before HULK HOGAN jumped to the cheap WCW. Before I saw Lucky Luke. Before I knew Jonah Hex. Before WONDER YEARS (which I saw when kids my age were not allowed to see or never saw). Before the first telecast of Garfield and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Before I went to an ALL BALLS school for 6Th grade. Before I knew that it was the same guy who was behind the creation of the EIFFEL TOWER was also behind the creation of THE STATUE OF LIBERTY. Before I knew that Miss Liberty was a gift from France. Before some of my elder family friends tried to sound SUPER COOL with the FAKEST accent. Before some friends who put down USA to irritate me. Before people my age started flaunting about the 70's show. Before some friends who were not SUAVE AND GENTLE MANLY. Before I introduced "POP music" to their ears. Before girls changed them into complete men. Before American children learned to fire Arms with ammunition @ schools. Before collecting various imported magazines. Before a Disneyland in Tokyo. Before I was interested in Fashion Photography.
Before George Walter Bush became President. Before my classmates thought about going to USA. Before my classmates were forced to study Engineering. Before I knew I was going to be part of history. Before I knew that I never give up. Before I knew who my grandfather was. Before I remembered my father's face. Before my grandfather died (my mother's daddio). Before stupid people thought he was a KANAKKU PILLAI (the guy couldn't figure what 547 minus 365 was, he only studied till 5Th grade school it seems... heheh RIP Grandpa, I will never forget you). Before Indians began populating every corner of the earth without knowing each other. Before I knew that the weird thing inside the pants was a reproductive organ (weapon of mass destruction). Before Saddam was blamed for hiding weapons of mass destruction. Before The National Rifle Association had 4 million members. Before Indians learned the word STAND UP COMEDY (which is being raped by Indians... almost everyday). Before I had sissy friends.
After the India's "Independence" (thank you Gandhi-joth). After USA lost the first baseball world cup to England. After Americans were interested in GANDHIAN THOUGHTS X-{

After Indians stole movies and music from the OVERSEAS (unfortunately, they've been doing this even before some of our parents were born). After I learned that the theme music of THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY was composed by an Italian. After I saw The Good The Bad The Ugly. After the first broadcast of WW(F). And obviously before the AMERICAN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS 2008.

I have been to USA (L.A. New York, New Jersey, Las Vegas and back to L.A.) Once. Although I did enjoy the trip as a tourist, it's been a dream to study and work with the highly artistic and creative entertainment industry (BEFORE ANYTHING and EVERYTHING). Unfortunately, things have not been positive for me and when it did seem positive. The economy of USA has fallen deep into Mephisto's realm. I'm hoping the right person gets elected. As it will help both USA and the world's economy greatly and not leave another dark mark in the history books of the future. So that my chance(s) of going to USA will not fall apart completely (it doesn't matter even if I don't go soon, some day I should be able to).

Been a while since I put some words out here.

Srivats has left to France. I wish the man all the very best in what he has chosen to do there.

My recent work was to edit a documentary with Srivats. Work was at its best. With quality
output. Where you had a great deal of limits, you try to make it look not so boring. Pretty TIRING stuff.

When you are single for a long time. Then you meet someone and fall in what you both believe is
love. And when its over for GOD KNOWS WHAT REASON. Being single again, is different. Know what I mean?
Moving on and all is nice and wise. Still, SINGLE AFTER BEING DOUBLE is not the same single that you used to be when you said, "NAH, I HATE GIRLS." "NAH. ME? NO WAY! I CAN'T HAVE A GIRLFRIEND." You know, hiding what you really want to be or want to do. "It's hard for me to find the 'sacred place' now that I'm not in the age of love anymore." I'm a raging Cajun, hot rod redneck who is not "trying" you could say. Question is, am I ready for another BUMPY RIDE on the JUST GOT close to HITCHED WAGON ? I don't know. Only time will tell.

Speaking of HITCHED... Some princesses getting busy with finding suitors. A couple of good friends. Good luck to you all. May life not
feel like a pile of junk anymore.

I haven't had luck in flying away for training in film making yet. Either don't get in or do get an offer but wont be able to make it there. Still trying for some best places. Meanwhile, "freelancer" for film and TV production.

HAPPENING again and

Forget UTV. I felt bombed when I thought SPYGLASS ENTERTAINMENT had let things slip for this movie, THE HAPPENING. But I was wrong. Dammit. I'm glad I was wrong. Everything seems to be pretty cool. 50% of the peeps I know have been reporting that they enjoyed the movie without any appearances of the "microphone." (Came from those who are not in India) But for those of us who are here (in India), our movie theaters do not actually have proper Projection Gates. (Most of our theaters are busy counting money bills, while forgetting to fix their surround sound speakers. I guess some of us expect too much as usual from our beloved ancient land with varied heritage) .

THE HAPPENING now gets 120/100 in my book. (After research and confirmation, some theaters in the USA too had the projection problem, and the 'mic' was seen)

So I end this tiny post by informing you that, there's no one to blame. But the movie theaters. Not the Director, the Cinematographer, the Editor or even the sad Boom-operator. Just the Movie Theaters.
